We start the process of discovering our core drivers, those beliefs and excuses that fuel our actions.
Video 3 * Taking Our Power Back
Once we understand what is fuelling our actions we then can lean into those beliefs and undercover what our emotions are pointing us towards. We are building a bridge to get us from where we are to where we want to be.

Doing the exercise of finding your why will help you understand what motivates you in life. This exercise goes under the cognitive layer and into the emotional layer that connects us to the true essence of who we really are and helps us understand our value system.
