WEEK 1

We have to start somewhere, and the best place to start is where you are NOW, no matter what that looks like for you.

We look at how we value ourselves and what we do and ensure that we are not coming from someone else’s value system or societal values.

Our thoughts and feelings around everything motivates our actions. Discovering what those motivators are is crucial.

WEEK 2

We delve into our sense of belonging v trying to fit in, identifying areas where we try to mould ourselves to suit others. When we do this we disown our true nature.

When we come from a sense of belonging we are just ourselves and are not feeling left out or out of place.

Limiting belief systems get formatted in our brain at a very young age and sabotage us from reaching our goals, dreams and visions. I help you ensure your beliefs are working for you not against you.

We look at the emotions like fear, anger, jealousy and learn what they are telling us about ourselves.

WEEK 3

There are three ways we act in relation to our personal power, aggressive, passive aggressive and assertive. When we are assertive we are able to stand in our power and ask for what it is we need. We are not people pleasing, nor are we being aggressive because we feel our needs are not being met. We can ask assertively for what we need.

A want is seldom satisfied, when we get what we want, we usually want something else. A desire comes from a different place/energy and gives us more satisfaction. We will delve into this topic.

I will teach you how to create personal boundaries on your terms which best serve you. This is a way to make it very clear what you will no longer put up with. I will also introduce you to a grounding technique.

WEEK 4

When we work from our strengths as opposed to our perceived weaknesses, life flows more easily. There is less tension and less push and pull as we surrender to those things we either dislike doing or feel we SHOULD be doing. (HINT just because you are a woman it doesn’t mean you have to love housework LOL)

This is the magical bit … When we have weeded out old stories and belief systems we are coming from a place of authenticity in line with our value system AND

we are living on purpose

Q. When will I get access to my bonus items?

A. You will get details on how to access the 7 Part Video Series via email. It is imperative that you check your spam folder to access these details if it doesnt appear in your inbox. If you pay via PayPal they will be forwarded to the email address linked to your PayPal account.

Q. How much time will I have to give over to doing the exercises each week?

A.. The exercises are thought provoking and you may find you get triggered by some more than others. The ones that trigger you are likely those that you need to work on more. I would set aside at least 30 minutes with the weekly exercises, some will be shorter, some may be longer. You will be learning by doing e.g. with some of the exercises you are training your brain to do things differently.

Q. Do I have to start at the first exercise or can I skip ahead to others?

A. The exercises are best done starting at week 1 and doing them in order as I share them. For example; it’s not easy to deal with an emotion like rage if we haven’t identified what is triggering it. We want to find the root cause and weed it out.

Q. Do I have to share in the Facebook group.

A,. No, but when we gather together in community we support and grow together. However it is totally optional. All lessons will also be emailed to what email address you use for PayPal.

Q. Is there a refund policy?

A.. No, I don’t offer a refund on this course. Once you sign up and get access to the free bonus material you will be unable to claim a refund. However, this course is designed for you to get amazing results once you commit to doing the work and follow along with the exercises.

Q. Can I get private coaching during the course rather than sharing in the group?

A. The course is designed to be worked on in a group format so all queries on course work will be dealt with through this format. However, you can book private coaching with me, at an extra charge, at any stage should you wish to.

Q. What if I don’t have the time to finish the four weeks?

A.You will be able to download the weekly lessons and keep them forever so you can dive back in to any of the topics at any time. The Facebook Group will remain open for a couple of months after the course ends as well.

Q. Will I have support?

 A. Absolutely yes, I will be there to support you during the four week modules and there will be a weekly live and recorded Q&A. If you decide you want extra support you can see my comment above about getting private coaching seperately. But you will get support during the 4 weeks this course is live.

My name is Dolores Andrew and I am a Mindset Coach, Wellness Trainer and Holistic Life Coach.

I support people to remember and become the empowered people they already are.  

We can all get lost in life, being pushed and pulled by our commitments and daily routines.   We can lose track of our dreams and end up wearing whatever mask we feel we need at any given time.   This can become so habitual that we lose our identity.  Our thoughts can be scattered and our actions out of alignment with who we truly are.  

But we can learn to remember who it is we are without the masks and limiting beliefs.  We can change our story and stand in our personal power taking back the driver’s seat of our life in an authentic and joyful way. I work with women through my coaching one on one sessions and also through my programmes.
