What is Conscious Connection?
When we talk about Conscious Connection we are talking about connecting with awareness as opposed to being triggered and acting from our unconscious self.
We all seek conscious connection, it is a fundamental building block of who we are.
There are two levels where we relate depending on our level of awareness.
Level 1 Our Unconscious Self
When we lead from this level we often sabotage situations. We are in reactive mode and are being triggered by our internal stories rather than the story that is being presented to us.
We project our inner stories onto others.
Level 2 Our Conscious Self
When we lead from this level we are reacting with a more focused approach and ability to deal with the situation that is in front of us. We are not being led by our inner stories and are not pulled into our own personal triggers.
We are cultivating conscious communication.
