You will discover what you spend your time on, what drains you, what makes you happy and most of all what motivates you to do the things you do.
When you go through the daily motions of life unconsciously, you miss the simple things; the bids for connection from your children, the sunrise filtering in your window or the chance to really lean into what you are feeling, to make sense of it.
You realise how easy it is to run out of time to do the things that bring you joy and the importance of prioritising YOU. You may hear yourself say you don’t have enough time to live a wholehearted life, but you are likely living the consequences of that.
Doing things that nourish and feed your soul is essential for your optimum health. If you are working too hard, playing too hard, or spending too much time on something that drains you, your life will be out of balance.
Through journaling, you will uncover the shifts that are necessary for you to be courageous enough to live consciously and in alignment with your values and dreams.

The Wheel of Life
This is a well-known tool that identifies areas of your life you need to focus on, to create change.
Like a wheel won’t turn unless it’s fully intact, you too will discover which areas of your life are out of balance and stopping you move forward.
You become mindful of where you need to focus your energy by marking yourself out of 10 in each of the 7 listed areas: Business, Family, Fun, Personal Growth, Romance, Health and Finance.
